Once you have this ..you will want to fix this every time you grill steaks. this is great with a salad , garlic bread and homemade ice cream..

Ingredients
  • Okay.....now the time to cook this depends on how you like your steak grilled.
  • so 4 steaks the way you and guest like them
  • crawfish Etouffee the way you like it ( if you don't know then check my recipe out you won't be sorry to try it)

Directions
  1. Grill on
  2. Place steaks after you season the way you like.
  3. after they are done
  4. top with Crawfish Etoufee
  5. serve with Salad
  6. Garlic Bread
  7. and This is a Cajun Rib Eye............
  8. Bon Appetit'
