  • make a batter out of the batter mix
  • 1 cup of mix with 1 cup of water
  • season snapper
  • dip into batter then place into hot skillet fry on one side 6 minutes
  • then on the other 6 minutes
  • place on your plate and guest plates
  • then top with crawfish Etouffee
  • Sever with Salad Baked Potato Rolls
  • Bon Appetit"
