Granadilla Dreams

- 90 g butter (1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 180 ml icing sugar (2/3 cup) shopping list
- 30 ml corn flour (2 tablespoons) shopping list
- 30 ml custard powder (2 tablespoons) or vanilla instant pudding powder if you don't get custard powder shopping list
- 250 ml cake flour (1 cup) shopping list
- 125 ml self raising flour (1/2 cup) shopping list
- 60 ml granadilla pulp (1/4 cup) shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list

- Big slab white chocolate shopping list
- grenadella pulp shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk.
- Mix in the corn flour and custard powder.
- Stir in the cake- and selfraising flour aswell as the pulp.
- Mix well.
- Put in fridge for half an hour to rest.
- With a cookie press, press out desired for onto a greased baking tray.
- Bake at 180 deg C (360 deg F) for 15 -20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool down completely.
- FILLING:

- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Stir in some grinadilla pulp.
- mix well.
- Place on flat side of cookie and put another cookie on top.
- Place in fridge to harden.
- Enjoy!!
