Mexican lasanga

- 500 gr. minced beef (hambuger) shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 2 peppers (I prefer green) shopping list
- 1 can of sweetcorn shopping list
- 800 ml. favourite tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp chilli spice mix shopping list
- 8 flour or corn tortillas shopping list
- 200 gr grated cheese shopping list
- 1 bag tortilla chips (150 gr) shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the minced beef, meanwhile chop the onions and peppers. Add them to the browned beef and fry for a few minutes.
- Add the sweetcorn, tomato sauce and spices. Add some more spice if you'd like.
- In 4 individual ovenproof dishes, lay a tortilla each. Spoon over 1/8 of the beef mix. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and beef.
- Crush the tortilla chips lightly and sprinkle them over the dishes. Divide the grated cheese over the dishes and put them under a heated grill until the cheese has melted.
