Butterscotch Haystacks

- 1 bag butterscotch chips (12oz) shopping list
- 1/2-3/4 Cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy shopping list
- 1 bag chow mein noodles shopping list
- peanuts, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Put butterscotch chips and peanut butter into a large microwave safe bowl, melt by heating in 30 second intervals and stirring until chips dissolve.
- Stir Chow Mein noodles into to peanut butter and butterscotch mixture. Stir well to coat evenly.
- Spoon tablespoon size mounds onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment or wax paper.
- Allow to set and store in an airtight container.

GOSH, I REMEMBER MY MOM MAKING THESE WHEN WE WHERE LITTLE. I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT THEM AND AM GONNA CALL HER AND GET THE RECIPE TO POST, WE USE POTATO STICKS THOUGH.
