Ingredients

1 bag Butterscotch Chips (12oz)

1/2-3/4 Cup Peanut Butter, smooth or crunchy

1 bag Chow Mein Noodles

Peanuts, optional

Directions

Put butterscotch chips and peanut butter into a large microwave safe bowl, melt by heating in 30 second intervals and stirring until chips dissolve.

Stir Chow Mein noodles into to peanut butter and butterscotch mixture. Stir well to coat evenly.

Spoon tablespoon size mounds onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment or wax paper.

Allow to set and store in an airtight container.
