Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put butterscotch chips and peanut butter into a large microwave safe bowl, melt by heating in 30 second intervals and stirring until chips dissolve.
  • Stir Chow Mein noodles into to peanut butter and butterscotch mixture. Stir well to coat evenly.
  • Spoon tablespoon size mounds onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment or wax paper.
  • Allow to set and store in an airtight container.
Stiring all ingredients in bowl.   Close
Mounds Cooling.   Close
In a container.   Close

    GOSH, I REMEMBER MY MOM MAKING THESE WHEN WE WHERE LITTLE. I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT THEM AND AM GONNA CALL HER AND GET THE RECIPE TO POST, WE USE POTATO STICKS THOUGH.
