How to make it

  • Cook onions, carrots, celery and garlic in olive oil in large stockpot over medium-high heat until tender, stirring often (about 10 min).
  • Add beans, tomatoes, broth and seasonings.
  • Reduce heat to medium, simmer for 20 minutes.
  • While simmering, prepare ravioli according to package directions. Stir in ravioli just before serving.
  • Serve with garlic bread.
