How to make it

  • Grease 9" square baking pan.
  • Melt butter in large sauce pan over medium heat. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir in oats and cook over low heat two to three minutes or until well blended.
  • Press 1/2 mixture into pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips, and peanut butter and pour over mixture in pan.
  • Crumble remaining mixture over top of chocolate and press in gently. Cover and refrigerate two to three hours or until firm.
  • Bring to room temperature before cutting into squares.
