Easy Hawaiian pork. Make Kalua Pig & Cabbage with the leftovers - stir-fry half a head of thinly sliced cabbage for a few minutes, add about 3 cups (or to taste) Kalua Pig (with juices); cover and cook 4-5 minutes until cabbage is tender.
