This is an american vesrion of Devonshire cream. Great on scones.

Ingredients
  • 1- 3 oz package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whiping cream
  • 1 - 3 Tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until thick.
  2. Serve with preserves on warm scones.
  3. Keep refrigerated.
