Bourbon Pecan Balls Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups whole pecans

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar

2 ounces bourbon

2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Directions

Coarsely chop 1 cup pecans and reserve.

Grind remaining pecans then combine with crumbs, sugar, bourbon and corn syrup.

Using buttered hands form into balls and roll in chopped nuts.
