Bourbon Pecan Balls

This recipe is so easy yet so elegant. I like to give them as gifts at Easter and Christmas. I also mae them occasionally for the office and am always asked for the recipe. Nobody can believe how easy these are.
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole pecans shopping list
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar shopping list
- 2 ounces bourbon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Coarsely chop 1 cup pecans and reserve.
- Grind remaining pecans then combine with crumbs, sugar, bourbon and corn syrup.
- Using buttered hands form into balls and roll in chopped nuts.
