I am fascinated by cabbage rolls. Will sub the meat for soy mince as I am vegetarian. Thanks!

I make cabbage rolls or stuffed cabbage as I know it but have never made a version like this. As my ancestry is part Polish I have made stuffed cabbage for a long time. I make a version that calls for tomato sauce. Curious to see how your version tastes compared to the one that I am used to.
