No Peek Beef Casserole Recipe

This is really quick and easy to fix when you just want to throw something in the oven or nesco roaster oven and forget about it. Very good served with a salad and your choice of veggie.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs all meat stew beef
- 1 (1oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (4.5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a 1 qt baking dish and cover tightly.
- Bake in a 300 defree oven 3 hours. DO NOT PEEK!!!
- Serve over pasta noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
