How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 120°C.
  • Beat egg white and add slowly powder sugar.
  • Put 2 tablespoon of beated egg white aside.
  • Add cinnamon and grated almond
  • Roll out dough and make stars.
  • Smear egg white on top.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Dough.   Close
Ready to bake.   Close
