Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Hye Roller/ 6-7 Flour Tortillas/Flat Bread (your choice)
  • 11 oz. cream cheese, soften
  • 3 pkgs Hillshire Farm ham slices
  • hot sauce, to taste
  • sm. can chopped olives, drained
  • sm. can green chili peppers, drained
  • Pace picante sauce, drained
  • green onions to taste, chopped fine

Directions
  1. Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, hot sauce, olives, green onions and chili peppers together or layer each on the Hye Roller or Tortilla.
  2. Cover 4 inches around the edge of one end of the Hye Roller or 2 inches on each Tortilla with the remaining 3 oz. cream cheese.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the Hye Roller or tortilla to meet the plain cream cheese.
  4. Add the ham to cover the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Beginning at one end, roll as tight as possible in a jelly-roll fashion toward the end covered with cream cheese only (the cream cheese acts as a seal.
  6. Wrap roll in plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
  7. Slice and place on serving dish before serving.
  8. Use within 48 hours.
