My special tea. This tea makes a great hot toddy by heating a cup of tea in the micro-wave and adding Southern Comfort to it on a cold winter night.

Ingredients
  • 5 Lipton tea bags (do not use orange peco)
  • 1/2 pack lemon Kool-Aid
  • 1/1/2 c. sugar or to taste

Directions
  1. Fill a small pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the tea bags; lower the heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Put sugar and Kool-Aid in a pitcher.
  4. Squeeze and remove the tea bags from the pot.
  5. Pour the hot tea over the sugar and Kool-Aid.
  6. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  7. Add cold water.
  8. Drink hot or cold.
  9. Refrigerate.
  10. Makes 1 pitcher.
