How to make it

  • In skillet brown sausage and onion, drain.
  • Add sauerkraut and 2 Tbsp bread crumbs.
  • Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, and pepper - stir into sauerkraut mixture.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with flour.
  • Mix milk and eggs.
  • Dredge balls in milk and eggs then coat with bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry until golden brown.

    These sound delicious, my problem is I am the only one in the family who likes sauerkraut, but I guess that means more for me! Great post thanks.
