Sauerkraut Balls

- 1/2 lb ground sausage shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1- 14 oz can sauerkraut, drained and snipped shopping list
- 1- 3 oz pkg cream cheese shopping list
- 2 tsp parsley shopping list
- 2 Tbsp bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/c cup flour shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup additional bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- In skillet brown sausage and onion, drain.
- Add sauerkraut and 2 Tbsp bread crumbs.
- Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, and pepper - stir into sauerkraut mixture.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with flour.
- Mix milk and eggs.
- Dredge balls in milk and eggs then coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
