Easy Christmas Poke Cake

Really easy and fun cake to make, the finished dessert is quite pretty to and festive. You can always change the flavors and color of the jellos for birthdays etc.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg super moist cake mix shopping list
- 1 {3oz} Raspberry or Cherry Jello shopping list
- 1 {3oz} lime Jello shopping list
- 2 c boiling water shopping list
- 1 {8oz} container Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
- Bake in 9 by 13 inch cake pan as per baking directions on package. With a meat fork or the handle end of a wooden spoon, poke holes along the top of the cooled cake.
- Mix the gelatin separately with only 1 cup of boiling water for each package.
- Spoon the Jello along the holes in random order to create a rainbow
- effect.
- Refrigerate cake for several hours and ice with the cool-whip.
