Beef Tenderloin With Scallion Butter Sauce

BEEF TENDERLOIN WITH SCALLION BUTTER SAUCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cabrera Estate in Malakoff, Texas in 1986.
Ingredients
- 4 beef tenderloins shopping list
- 2 tablespoons black pepper steak spice shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 3 green onions sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Pat black pepper spice on each side of each tenderloin.
- Allow meat to stand until it reaches room temperature.
- Melt butter and combine with sliced green onions.
- Grill steaks to desired doneness then place on serving platter and spoon on butter sauce.
