Beef Tenderloin With Scallion Butter Sauce Recipe
BEEF TENDERLOIN WITH SCALLION BUTTER SAUCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cabrera Estate in Malakoff, Texas in 1986.

Ingredients
  • 4 beef tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper steak spice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 green onions sliced

Directions
  1. Pat black pepper spice on each side of each tenderloin.
  2. Allow meat to stand until it reaches room temperature.
  3. Melt butter and combine with sliced green onions.
  4. Grill steaks to desired doneness then place on serving platter and spoon on butter sauce.
