Beer Pancakes

A heartier pancake. It goes fantastic with a bit of leftovers from the big party the night before. Perfect with grilled sausage.

Beat together the oil, beer, eggs and milk until frothy.
Slowly sift together the dry ingredients into the wet, little by little, blending well through the addition.
Beat the mix until smooth, then spoon onto a hot griddle.

I've made pancakes every sunday for years. I have a TON of recipes but none of them have beer in it. I'll have to give this a shot - pun intended. = )
