Antipasto Platter with Prosciutto and Melon

- 8 oz Thinly sliced prosciutto shopping list
- lettuce leaves shopping list
- 2 cup melon balls or cubes shopping list
- 1 cup fresh pineapple cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted shopping list
- 2 tbl olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbl white balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbl Crumbled blue cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Roll up each prosciutto slice and arrange on a large lettuce lined serving platter. Place fruits and nuts around prosciutto. Combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar and drizzle mixture over all. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
