Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Cheese Crackers

                    - 1 8 ounce package Philly cream cheese with chives and onion shopping list
 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded shopping list
 - 1/4 cup toasted almonds, finely chopped shopping list
 - About 3 tablespoons orange marmalade shopping list
 - Minced jalapenos to taste (we like 'em hot) shopping list
 - 24 slices hickory smoked bacon shopping list
 - 48 crackers, rectangular buttery shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, toasted almonds, jalapenos and marmalade
 - Cover and chill
 - Fry bacon in skillet over medium heat, about 2-3 minutes on each side (until slightly browned)
 - Drain on paper towels
 - Remove cream cheese mixture from fridge, and spread 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each of the 24 crackers, then top with another cracker
 - Wrap a slice of drained bacon around each stuffed cracker, overlapping bacon ends on bottom
 - Place crackers, seam side down on UNGREASED baking sheet
 - Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes (bacon needs to be crisp)
