How to make it

  • cook carrots until tender
  • puree carrots and butter until smooth
  • add all other ingredients(except powdered sugar)
  • mix together using hand mixer
  • cook at 350 degrees
  • for 45 mins
  • let cool
  • sprinkle powdwered sugar on top
