- 1 lb baby carrots shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 11/2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 tbs self rising flour shopping list
- 11/2 tsp baking shopping list
- powdwered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- cook carrots until tender
- puree carrots and butter until smooth
- add all other ingredients(except powdered sugar)
- mix together using hand mixer
- cook at 350 degrees
- for 45 mins
- let cool
- sprinkle powdwered sugar on top
