Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Pisco
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 Egg White
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters.

Directions
  1. Shake hard with ice.
  2. Strain into a Champagne Flute
  3. Use the bitters as a aromatic garnish to the top of the finished drink.
