Ingredients
  • 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli (cooked)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 C dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp fresh dill weed
  • 1/4 c. grated white cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. cooked chicken (cubed)
  • CREPES:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions
  1. Whisk eggs and salt.
  2. Gradually add flour and milk.
  3. Beat in butter.
  4. Pour batter by 1/4 cup into crepe pan.
  5. Brown lightly one each side.
  6. Mix soup wine, cheese and dill in a saucepan until ingredients are warn and cheese is melted.
  7. Fill each crepe (uncooked side out) with chicken and broccoli spoon 2 tablespoons sauce over the mix and roll up. Place 2 crepes each, seam side down in individual cassoulets sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Spread remaining sauce over crepes. Sprinkle with another 1/4 cup cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutesuntil cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with fresh dill.
