Great snack for the holidays or anytime! Found recipe in a fitness magazine - just modified a bit. High in fiber.

Ingredients
  • 2 2/3 cups wheat chex cereal
  • 2 2/3 cups rice chex cereal
  • 2 2/3 cups corn chex cereal
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup honey

Directions
  1. Line two large (15x10x1 or larger) shallow, rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil or parchment paper. (Reynolds makes a no-stick foil that works really well).
  2. Spray with cooking spray such as PAM.
  3. Mix together first seven ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk together honey and melted butter.
  5. Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat.
  6. Divide mixture equally between two prepared pans and spread to cover entire surface.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until coconut turns light golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
  8. Cool pans on wire racks.
  9. Break apart large pieces.
