Christmas Crunch

- 2 2/3 cups Wheat Chex cereal shopping list
- 2 2/3 cups Rice Chex cereal shopping list
- 2 2/3 cups Corn Chex cereal shopping list
- 2 cups flaked coconut shopping list
- 1 cup slivered almonds shopping list
- 1 cup pecan pieces shopping list
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 cup honey shopping list
How to make it
- Line two large (15x10x1 or larger) shallow, rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil or parchment paper. (Reynolds makes a no-stick foil that works really well).
- Spray with cooking spray such as PAM.
- Mix together first seven ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk together honey and melted butter.
- Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat.
- Divide mixture equally between two prepared pans and spread to cover entire surface.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until coconut turns light golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool pans on wire racks.
- Break apart large pieces.
