Bills Savory Potato Frittata Recipe

Bills Savory Potato Frittata Recipe
I surprised myself with this one. The lentil spouts worked perfectly and the small amount of banana pepper gave a savory but not hot taste. This was a really good treat for breakfast but you may want to cut back on the butter, fats and oil.
