How to make it

  • Wash Cranberries and orange
  • Cut orange in half lengthwise and remove white core (Do not peel)
  • Cut orange into smaller pieces
  • Put 1/4 of the cranberries and 1/4 of the orange into a food chopper and chop together until it looks almost shredded.
  • Pour into storage dish (make sure there's a lid)
  • Repeat until all is chopped.
  • Pour sugar on top.
  • Add Cinnamon.
  • Mix together.
  • Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

    You're welcome! I'd gone to a farmer's market of sorts and the owner, one of the ladies that was there and I started talking about recipes. The other customer gave the owner and me this recipe... sort of. I can't leave anything alone, so of course I modified it a little.
