How to make it
- Deconstruct a Kir Royale by pouring a half ounce of framboise (raspberry liqueur) over crushed ice and filling the rest of the glass with Champagne or other sparkling wine.

I really really love the idea of this recipe. For those of us that can't have alcohol, what would you suggest trying? I'm thinking reduced raspberry syrup? Gosh I wish I could drink alcohol... just to try this!
