Ingredients

2 pounds spinach, washed, cleaned

8 slices bacon, cut in halves

2 tablespoons butter

½ teaspoon pepper

Directions

Boil spinach in salted water for about 15 minutes and drain off water

Put butter and bacon in a frying pan

When bacon begins to get crisp, add the spinach and seasonings

Mix with a fork and let cook for about 2 minutes
