Ingredients
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • A dash of cayenne pepper
  • 3 cans Mexicorn, drained
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapeno pepper, diced, or to taste
  • 2/3 cup onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, cumin, garlic and cayenne.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients and chill.
  3. Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning.
