How to make it

  • soak soya beans with water for 5 hours, my grandmother usually soak the soya beans overnight
  • grind the soya beans into a very smooth paste
  • use a cheese cloth to filter the milk
  • bring it to the boil
  • add ginger, if you like it sweet add sugar now
  • and when it boils turn off the heat, can be served cold or hot

    hope you like it, my grand mother and my Mom adds ginger on their soy milk, if you don't like ginger you can just omit it
