chicken stir fry with bok choy

- 100 grams of chicken breast shopping list
- 50 grams of some bok choy (or mushrooms) shopping list
- 1 spring onion, cut into 6 cm lenght (or you can use onion instead) shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 chilli if you like to add some heat shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of oyester sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of corn starch or corn flour shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- pinch of salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- cut chicken breast into bite size pieces,
- marinade chicken breast with soy sauce, egg yolk and corn flour for 5 minutes
- wash bok choy and cut in half
- with sesame oil saute garlic (chilli if you're using it) and spring onion
- until golden brown and fragant
- add chicken, stir until chicken is brown, add bok choy, stir
- add salt and pepper oyster sauce,
- when everithing is well mixed, serve on steamed rice

Maybe substitute kale or spinach? and also add mushrooms. Great post. I make stir fry once a week, would like to make it more but you know I have to think of the other two family members :)
