very easy, very fast and tastes fantastic. thats the kind of food I like
sometimes I use mushrooms or other greens if I don't have bokchoy in my fridge

for mushrooms I like shitake, cinamon cap, oyster mushrooms, sometimes I mix few kinds of mushrooms, add more ground pepper when you're using mushrooms :)
