How to make it

  • Put mustard and sugar in a small bowl. Slowly add oil while blending with a mixer.
  • When the sauce is hick, add vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in dill.
  • Refrigerate 12 hours before serving.

    ooooo... i was at Smith & Wollensky's in DC recently... they served a sauce like this with the calamari.. it was sooo uber good!
