Just Too Easy Baked Chili Dip Recipe
Just too easy. Layer all in a casserole baking dish, and bake away while the cook does other important last minute things!

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 small Onions, chopped
  • 2 cans favorite Chili without beans
  • 1-1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • May half this recipe, place in a smaller dish

Directions
  1. Cover bottom of a 2 quart casserole with layer of cream cheese
  2. Sprinkle top with chopped onion
  3. Spread chili over the onion
  4. Top with cheese
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20-30 minutes
  6. Serve with corn chips, (try blue corn chips)
