Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cover bottom of a 2 quart casserole with layer of cream cheese
  • Sprinkle top with chopped onion
  • Spread chili over the onion
  • Top with cheese
  • Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20-30 minutes
  • Serve with corn chips, (try blue corn chips)

    What a perfect name - the only way it could be any easier is if someone else made it, lol!
