Just Too Easy Baked Chili Dip Recipe

Ingredients

12 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

2 small Onions, chopped

2 cans favorite Chili without beans

1-1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese

May half this recipe, place in a smaller dish

Directions

Cover bottom of a 2 quart casserole with layer of cream cheese

Sprinkle top with chopped onion

Spread chili over the onion

Top with cheese

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20-30 minutes

Serve with corn chips, (try blue corn chips)
