Just Too Easy Baked Chili Dip

- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 small onions, chopped shopping list
- 2 cans favorite chili without beans shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups grated monterey jack cheese shopping list
- May half this recipe, place in a smaller dish shopping list
How to make it
- Cover bottom of a 2 quart casserole with layer of cream cheese
- Sprinkle top with chopped onion
- Spread chili over the onion
- Top with cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20-30 minutes
- Serve with corn chips, (try blue corn chips)
