Deviled Lamb Kidneys Recipe
What kid doesn't scream out begging for deviled lamb kidneys? Well, none. Save this for the adult dinner party where your guests can truly appreciate this meal.

Ingredients
  • 12 lamb kidneys, skinned
  • 1/2 c soft butter
  • 1/4 c minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • Tabasco
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp dry sherry
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • parsley

Directions
  1. Split the kidneys and remove the hard centers (if you aren't sure what this means, this recipe is an excellent first kidney recipe for you to learn)
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together except the parsley and spread on the cut sides of the kidneys
  3. Broil 5 minutes, or until tender and juicy.
  4. Serve on toast or rice.
  5. Pour pan juices over and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

I wished we could get Lamb Kidney in the states.:(
I used to get a mixed grill over in England with them.
They are so tasty.


Beeing born and raised in a comunist romania food was scarce back then so i ate alot of innerds liver kidneys hearts bone marrow e.t.c.
so this dish is appealing to me yummmm
