Swedish Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 egg

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup finely chopped apple

Directions

Beat egg until light

Add sugar, vanilla, salt, flour, and baking powder and beat until batter is smooth

Fold in apples

Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pan

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes until golden brown
