I dont know how to edit my own recipe so I will add it here. I am not big on chucks of onion but I love the flavor. So instead of cutting an onion I use dehydrated onions.

I made this about a week ago and I loved it. The only thing I did different was I used crushed pineapple because I'm not a real huge fan of the chunks with my meat. It's just a cute little quirk that I have but thanks again for the post.

I will try it tonight, husband is a hunter. We have way to much sausage in the freezer, we are trying new receipes to change things up.
