Ingredients

½ cup fat-free sour cream

½ cup fat-free mayonnaise

1 teaspoon ground curry power

1 garlic clove, pressed

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup finely diced celery

1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped

½ cup finely chopped red onion

2 cups diced cooked chicken

½ cup sweetened dried cranberries

¼ cup toasted sliced almonds or cashews, chopped (optional)

Serve with lettuce wrap (Bibb lettuce leaves). Or bread of your choice.

Directions

Boil and dice chicken. I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Chop and mix all ingredients together.

Chill and serve.
