Ingredients
  • 1 cut up broiler fryer
  • 1 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp spicy brown dijon mustard

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Sprinkle chicken with the 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, and salt. Bake 1 hour until juices run clear
  3. On a low burner and all the drippings from chicken. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the heavy cream and the rest of the lemon pepper and onion powder. Stir well, heat through.
  5. I add a bit of flour to thicken it up.
