Lemon-Pepper Chicken

- 1 cut up broiler fryer shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp lemon pepper shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp spicy brown Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- Sprinkle chicken with the 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, and salt. Bake 1 hour until juices run clear
- On a low burner and all the drippings from chicken. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the heavy cream and the rest of the lemon pepper and onion powder. Stir well, heat through.
- I add a bit of flour to thicken it up.
