How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Sprinkle chicken with the 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, and salt. Bake 1 hour until juices run clear
  • On a low burner and all the drippings from chicken. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the heavy cream and the rest of the lemon pepper and onion powder. Stir well, heat through.
  • I add a bit of flour to thicken it up.
