- vegetable cooking spray with flour shopping list
- 1 (18 oz) box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 3 TBS veg. oit shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 (3.4 oz) Pkg and 1 (5.1 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix shopping list
- 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges undrained shopping list
- 1 (20 oz ) can crushed pineapple drained and reserve liquid. shopping list
- 1 (12 oz) whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- preheat over to 350
- spray 3 eight inch pie pans and flour
- combine cake mix, oil, water, eggs and small pkg of pudding mix using an elecrtic mixer
- mix for at least 5 min. batter will be smooth and thick.Fold in mandarin oranges including liquid. Make sure liquid is mixed well into the batter
- Pour batter evenly into prepared cake pans
- bake for 22-25 min or til cake tests done
- let cool
- fold whipped toppingwith crushed pineapple to prepare frosting.
- stir in large pkg of pudding mix. Add reserved liquid if needed
- refrigerate forsting for 15 min
- spread between and over top and sides of cake layers
- keep refrigerated
