Dipped Gingerbread Cookies

- 2 C sugar shopping list
- 1 ½ C oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- ½ C molasses shopping list
- 4 C flour shopping list
- 4 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 Tbl ground ginger shopping list
- 2 Tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- Additional sugar shopping list
- 2 12 ounce pkg white baking chips shopping list
- ¼ C shortening shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar, oil & eggs; mix well
- Stir in molasses.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture and blend well
- Shape into ¾ inch balls and roll in sugar
- Place 2” apart on ungreased cookie sheets
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins. or until cookie springs back when touched
- Cool
- Melt chips and shortening together in small saucepan
- Dip cookies ½ way , shake off excess
- Place on wax paper lined sheets or racks until set
