Easy, creamy sauce to serve with thinly sliced roasted beef on small rolls. Great buffet fare.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mayonnise
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish (or to taste)
  • Salt and white pepper to taste (optional)
  • Thinly sliced roasted beef
  • Small rolls

Directions
  1. In large bowl, place the whipping cream, and beat until soft peaks form
  2. Beat in the mayonnaise, salt, and white pepper
  3. Blend in the horseradish by hand, using a whisk lightly
  4. At serving time, place beef on rolls with this sauce
  5. Arrange these wonderful little sandwiches on a large tray or platter
  6. Serve
  7. Delicious!
