Get Up And Go Horsey Sauce For Buffet Beef Rolls

Easy, creamy sauce to serve with thinly sliced roasted beef on small rolls. Great buffet fare.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnise shopping list
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish (or to taste) shopping list
- salt and white pepper to taste (optional) shopping list
- Thinly sliced roasted beef shopping list
- Small rolls shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, place the whipping cream, and beat until soft peaks form
- Beat in the mayonnaise, salt, and white pepper
- Blend in the horseradish by hand, using a whisk lightly
- At serving time, place beef on rolls with this sauce
- Arrange these wonderful little sandwiches on a large tray or platter
- Serve
- Delicious!
