How to make it

  • Whisk the flour , soda and the salt .
  • Mix the coconut .
  • den mix the margarine well .
  • add water bit by bit until a ball forms . add the oil to avoid stickiness .
  • cover and set aside for 30 mins .
  • divide into 6 balls .
  • roll each into flat shape .
  • cook on a shallow pan .
  • Make sure it's completely cooked on one side before you flip it over .
  • Serve with hot chutney or gravy .
Serve with some Gravy   Close
