How to make it

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender on high for 5 minutes.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Serve cold, sip and enjoy.

    I love this recipe.... I do mine a little different. I add 2 cans chilled coconut cream, 2 cans chilled condensed sweetened milk, and 2 cans of chilled evaporated milk. I also boil 4 cinnamon sticks in 1 cup of water for 5 mins, and add to mixture before chilling. I add a bit more Barcardi white as well. Chill well and enjoy!

    U used to use this same recipe. Now I prefer the traditional way using the raw eggs. I use organic eggs from free range chickens. The only thing I use that comes out of a can is organic coconut milk.

    this is the best and easiest puerto rican coquito recipe.. I made for thanksgiving and it was excellent.. I used both the coconut milk and the coconut cream ...AWESOME!! got many compliments..my sister said it taste like my aunt marianne..get's alittle thick when placed in refrigerator but thins out once in room temperature...
