Easy Fish Tacos Recipe
Tastes just as good as Rubio's Fish Tacos and calls for fish sticks -- the secret shortcut. My husband raved.

Ingredients
  • 6-8 frozen fish sticks (3-4 per taco)
  • corn or flour tortillas, small
  • shredded cabbage
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbs cilantro, chopped
  • 3 limes
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 sour cream or yogurt
  • salsa

Directions
  1. Preheat oven
  2. Bake fish sticks according to directions
  3. Chop and shred produce
  4. Mix tomatoes, onions and cilantro
  5. Add juice from 1 lime into tomato mix
  6. Mix mayo and sour cream or yogurt to make white sauce
  7. Add juice from 1 lime to white sauce
  8. Warm tortillas
  9. Assemble tacos: fish sticks, white sauce, salsa, tomato mix, cabbage
  10. Serve with additional salsa and lime slices

Thank you for an incredible recipe. I love fish tacos, however, I didn't like all of the fuss cooking the fish. You just made my life easier because I can now have my fish tacos and cook them too. BRAVO!!!!
