Delicious Corn Bread Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350*. Cream butter & sugar, add eggs, then cheese. Mix dry ingredients then add to wet mixture. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. (my family loves this version best)
  • Other options
  • You may add green chiles (1/2 4 oz can chopped fine and seeded) and 4 Tbsp. green onions sprinkle on top before baking

    I love this type of cornbread. I call it Corn Bread Casserole. No matter what you call it,it's to die for. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing. :)
