Spiked Latte Or As We Call It--funny Coffee Recipe

	Peetabear / All my dishes 1 year, 11 months ago We usually grind our own coffee but for this we use an instant coffee mix. That's why we call it " funny coffee".. this is something we will have around 5pm and relax before I start dinner.. Prep:10m Cook:5m Servings:1	Peetabear

Ingredients

Instant cappuccino mix.. I use Victorian Inn's instant Cappuccino French Vanilla

boiling water

1/2 & 1/2 (half and half)

sugar

amaretto.

whipped cream

Directions

put in the cappuccino mix in your cup to taste

sugar to taste

fill cup 2/3rds full with boiling water -stir

add half and half -- leave room for the amaretto

put in the microwave to make it hot again approx 30 seconds

then add amaretto ( a good measure)

top off with a huge mound of whip cream ( the cans work just fine)
