How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350
  • Wash/dry potatoes
  • Pour oil in bowl
  • Add potatoes, toss to coat well
  • Dip potatoes in salt to coat lightly
  • Spread potatoes on baking sheet, bake until tender 45-50 minutes
  • In small bowl combine sour cream and bleu cheese
  • Cut a cross on top of each potato. Press with fingertip to open potato.
  • Top each with dollop of mixture. Sprinkle with chives.
  • ENJOY
