Potato Skins with Bacon amp Cheese

- 3 whole russet potatoes, cleaned & dried shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups of grated monteray jack cheese shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup of milk shopping list
- 5 bacon slices shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- preheat the oven to 425 degrees farenhit
- rub the potatoes with olive oil, & prick each potato with a fork a couple of times, & place it on a baking sheet
- put the potatoes in the oven, & bake it for 1 hour
- cook the bacon in a skillet, then chop it up into little pieces & mix it in with both types of cheeses (monteray jack & cheddar)
- when the potatoes are done, take them out and cut them each in half lengthwise (vertically)
- using a spoon, scoop out most of the potato pulp from the skin, DO NOT THROW IT AWAY, leaving 1/4 an inch of potato left
- mix the pulp together with the milk, butter, pepper, and some salt in a bowl, then spoon the mixture back into each of the skins carefully
- preheat the oven to 425 degrees, then sprinkle the bacon and cheese on top, and bake them in the oven for 25 minutes
- then add other toppings if you want (like sour cream, green onions, etc.) enjoy !!!!!!
