chinese Shrimp Fried Rice

- 3 bowls of cooked rice (cold) shopping list
- 100 grams of shrimp shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 bowl of finely slicced spring onion shopping list
- 1 garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 chilli, roughly chopped (if you like the heat) shopping list
- 2 tbs of soy sauce shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- pinch of white pepper shopping list
- pinch of sugar or hon dashi (to replace msg) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat your wok, saute garlic and chilli until fragant
- add shrimp, stirr until shrimp turns pink, add eggs, stirr
- add rice, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar / hondahsi
- toss well, add spring onions, toss to mix everthing well, serve
